The monthly retainer covers creative strategy, direction, editing, and coordination. Hard production costs — such as talent fees, studio hire, location costs, and UGC creator payments — are quoted separately based on the scope of each month's production plan. We're transparent about these up front, and you approve before anything is booked.
No. Stay Awhile is a creative strategy and production partner — we don't manage ad accounts or media buying. We work alongside your in-house media buyer or paid media agency and deliver test-ready creative that feeds their pipeline. If you don't have a media buyer, we can recommend trusted partners.
We include one structured round of feedback per deliverable. Because we invest heavily in briefing and alignment before production starts, significant back-and-forth is rare. We believe the quality of the brief determines the quality of the output — so we front-load the thinking rather than iterate endlessly on production.
Most deliverables are planned and delivered within the monthly production cycle — typically a 3–4 week window from brief sign-off to final delivery. Rush timelines can be accommodated for specific projects; this is discussed at onboarding and scoped accordingly.
Yes. UGC creator sourcing, briefing, and quality review is part of the service. For larger lifestyle shoots, we handle model and talent sourcing, casting, and on-set direction. All talent costs are quoted transparently before booking.
At onboarding: access to your ad account, existing creative library, any brand guidelines, product samples (for UGC), and a briefing session. Ongoing: monthly alignment on priorities, review of strategy before production starts, and timely feedback on deliverables.
